By accessing and using the EU AI Act compliance platform operated by Zymbly Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

8.2 Paid Services

Professional consultation services are subject to separate pricing and payment terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

8.3 EU VAT

For users within the European Union, applicable VAT may be added to service fees in accordance with EU tax regulations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For users in the European Union, this does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws or your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
